I am a mobile holistic therapist with over 11 years of experience, covering Corby and surrounding areas.

 

My speciality is a combination of Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Release, and Hot Stone Massage, which works in unison, to alleviate tension, stiffness and pain, help heal old injuries, increase range of movement and flexibility, improve circulation, and reduce stress, giving you a better sense of well-being.

I do not have a set routine, instead I look at each person holistically and use various techniques to give you the best results in fewest sessions possible.

 

Reiki, an ancient energy healing modality, can be added to the massage session for deep relaxation and stress relief. Reiki works on chakras, or energy centres, is very gentle and calming. You might find yourself so relaxed that you fall asleep!

 

Compassion Key is a very effective way to create lasting positive changes in any area of your life, by healing emotional issues, imprints and past experiences that may be limiting your progress in life, whether you are aware of it or not.

Compassion Key can heal any negative emotional imprints, including unworthiness, insecurity, anger, guilt, shame, abandonment, betrayal, abuse, neglect, brokenness and others. Whatever we meet with compassion, dissolves, leaving you feeling lighter and happier.

Releasing these old emotional imprints helps to reveal the Real You, so that your soul can shine through and you are free to become the best version of yourself.
