Bridget (she/her) is an Australian naturopath and clinical nutritionist. In 2013 she commenced her four year Bachelor of Health Science in naturopathic medicine in Melbourne, Australia. She has spent the last five years consulting full time in London’s leading private natural health clinics, gaining extensive experience and working with everyone from celebrities and socialites to teenagers and children. She has also spent time presenting on nutrition in the education sector and corporate world, writing for health apps and supplement companies, working in academia, and volunteering for not-for-profits.

Bridget is known for her warmth, down to earth approach and ability to think outside the box to uncover the root cause of the problem, and translate the solution into a way that her patients can easily understand. Education and empowerment are at the centre of her practice.
