I am a Registered Homeopath and Clinical Hypnotherapist and I treat a wide range of conditions. My practice at the moment is online only and this allows me to see and help many people nationally.

Homeopathy & Hypnotherapy treats you as an individual and both services are unique to you, there is no one size fits all as we are all unique aren't we.

In homeopathy I see a lot of people with chronic conditions such as long covid and chronic fatigue syndrome. Allergies such as hay-fever, colds, migraines and headaches and the effects of peri-menopause and menopause for ladies.

I also treat acute conditions and my ethos is to help my clients understand what remedies to take at home and after a time they become very knowledgeable in those little white pills! But I am always there for them if they need me.

In hypnotherapy I help you to reduce weight, become more confident, reduce anxiety, reduce stress, have better sleep and many other things too numerous to mention here. Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind, don't worry you don't come out of a session doing the funky chicken! That's pure theatre and NOT hypnotherapy!

Hypnotherapy is similar to meditation and puts you into a relaxed state of mind, so as your subconscious can listen to the suggestions made and implement them for you. It doesn't even matter if you fall asleep as the subconscious mind is ALWAYS listening.

You subconscious mind rules 95% of your mind and helps you keep breathing, blinking, heart pumping etc and your conscious mind only attributes 5% of your mind, so by working with your subconscious mind there is much more scope for things to change for you. It can help with those sabotaging beliefs that may have been holding you back in life.
