I use a range of natural healing methods (cranio-sacral therapy, intuitive healing, zen shiatsu and reiki), to help people reestablish physical / mental / emotional balance within themselves. By recreating a state of relaxation, peace, balance, and proper energy flow, the body can naturally heal itself from whatever symptoms it is exhibiting.

I have 16 years of experience helping people presenting with a variety of issues, including back/neck/shoulder pain, headaches/migraines, digestive issues, fatigue, anxiety, depression, trauma, and much more. I help people to identify and heal the root cause/s of issues so that they can experience true lasting healing, not just temporary alleviation of symptoms.

I spend part of the year in North East Thailand offering tailor-made healing holidays for those who want to spend a dedicated period of time on self healing.

I also offer distance healing sessions (reiki, cranio-sacral therapy and intuitive healing) for those who would like treatments from the comfort of their own homes.
