My passion is making a difference to people’s lives. I love helping people towards good health, happiness and also enabling them to heal themselves in mind, body and spirit.

With over 17 years experience in Holistic Healing, I use the extensive knowledge and range of skills I have developed to improve your health and wellbeing.

Offering a wide range of Holistic Therapies (including Reflexology, Reiki and Specialist Massage) to help alleviate many specific issues and ailments, I tailor my treatments using different therapies to address your individual needs.

I work full time from my practice in Prestwood, near Great Missenden, Bucks and one day a week from my clinic in Aston Rowant.
